Exchanges / Warranty

1. GM Militaria refund policy complies with consumer rights.
2. GM Militaria accepts items for an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
3. Original receipt must be sent with item.
4. Item must be returned in original condition, including any packaging / tags.
5. Customers are liable for all postage costs for exchanged items and warranty claims.
6. GM Militaria is not liable for any postage charges incurred through the return of an item for an exchange.

Once your product has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days within Australia, 8 days in Europe, and between 5 to 15 days for other international destinations.
